Hello My Lovelies!
Today's Post is a Review on the Revlon ColourBurst Balms, specifically the Lacquer Balms, although you can also get Matte Balms, etc.
I decided to get some of these after seeing them in Anastasia's Current Beauty Favourites video-
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4ggcGbNiiQ
Anastasia has such beautifully edited videos, and she films and edits them on her IPad, which is just amazing. She has recently hit 50k, and I think you should definitely check her channel out.
Now, onto the review.
I was in Boots one day, looking for a lip crayon, and I came across these beauties.
I swatched a few on my hand, but then saw the price (£8) and realised I didn't have enough. Instead, if you wanted to know, I got the Collection Work The Colour One.
Anyway, I went home, and the swatch was still there. The next day, it was still there. And it stayed on for 4 days.
Now, may I just add, I had been in holiday, so had been in the sea, I had gone to a water park, had several showers, and I had just bought a new PocketBac and had been testing that out, and they had still stayed on. My conclusion is that they are CRAZY pigmented.
Although it lasted that long on my hand, it doesn't last as long on lips.
Anyway, so, the next time I went shopping I bought nearly all of them, because of the swatches.
They come with quite a lot of product, and you don't have to use much, so it is definitely worth the money.
There are many different shades, my favourites are Whimsical and Vivacious.
It smells of peppermint, but you can't taste anything on lips.
It is quite drying, so you may want to use a lip balm underneath it.
I hope you enjoyed this review, it was so fun writing it.
I will probably post tomorrow, but if I don't I will definitely post by Friday.
Bye Bye my Lovelies
Ash xxx
